when I was younger my geography teacher wore jumpers with elbow patches.
do you know how long I have been looking for a geography teacher sweater? I'll tell you.. years.
and now they're bloody everywhere! (to my delight) (nerd thumbs up) I think it's high time the winter layering started so I have been scouting out the ol' knitwear this week.
I walked into new look and spotted this jumper, I'm slightly embarrassed to admit how excited I was to spy it's leather look elbow patches, win!
in keeping with the school teacher theme I picked up this amazing little cambridge satchel look a like in primark (hello £6 bargain!)
I also found myself a new boyfriend style watch in river island; it's a a little michael kors -esque but at a fraction of the price.
jumper: new look
dress underneath: primark with DIY collar studs.
hat: h&m
satchel: primark
boots: vintage
watch: river island
nails: american apparel neon violet
have you started layering up yet?

ooo you should! It's £25 not too bad for the size I thought :) xx
DeleteI really like the jumper, and it looks great with that dress.
ReplyDeleteah thanks honey! It's just the perfect warmth for the weather here this week! :D xx
DeleteLooking good Caroline! My Geography teacher was nowhere near this turned out ;-)
ReplyDeleteYour hat is very cute. I work with many science geeks and no-one wears elbow patches, it is very disappointing.
ahaha how very annoying! you'd at least expect one elbow patch, I'm almost tempted to come and repremand these 'so called' geeks! :D x
Deleteumm yeah I wish I had you as my geography teacher- today he went for a (too tight) pink shirt with a purple tie- laaavely.
ReplyDeleteI'm getting that watch too- yaaay!
xx
You look awesome! And the bag is a brilliant find, it doesn't look like it's from Primark in the slightest! x
ReplyDeleteLoving the DIY spikes, I've done something similar with a few tops, I like the idea of doing it with dresses too.

I love the addition of the hat. I think I might have a slight fashion fetish for hats but they just completely make any outfit, and certainly do in this case. And I was also on the hunt for a 'geography jumper' then they just popped up everywhere, always the way! x
