what I wore: stripes + acid wash

coin and spike bracelet: c/o john greed jewellery

just a quick post today as I'm feeling a little under the weather, booo! I'm on my second course of antibiotics so fingers crossed I'll be out enjoying the sun again soon! 

I picked up this crop tee in the topshop sale (I can never resist anything with stripes!) I actually managed to get a few things in the sale this year and in the right sizes for once yipeee! I love topshop sales but I always seem to find something I paid full price for on the sale rail a few weeks later and I end up kicking myself aha!!

the acid wash skirt is from river island and has been a real staple in the last month, it's quite a light fabric so is perfect for this heatwave! the coin and spike charm bracelet I'm wearing is so darn lovely, I adore anything vintage inspired and have been looking for some coin necklaces so this was a real no brainer for me, thank you john greed! they have a huge selection of jewellery from pandora charms to designer watches (this bracelet is from their vintage range which you can find here with lots of other pieces!) 

so I hope you're all enjoying the sun? we had the most awesome thunderstorms here last night (the boy & I were awake until gone 5 watching the lightning) I failed miserably to catch any of it on camera though. I don't know why I've always been so obsessed with extreme weather, one day I will jump the pond to go storm chasing in the US... until then I'll just have to enjoy our own crazy british weather..
