ah man, who can resist a mean girls tee.. I loved this top as soon as I clapped eyes on it.. thank you lush t shirts for bringing this slice of cinematic perfection into my life! It's been so long since I watched it.. must hunt down my dvd.. I think it's hiding in that secret place where my odd gloves and socks reside.

I decided to live dangerously with this skirt from missguided, I'm the clumsiest person I know but this white and mesh combo is everything I love wrapped up in a perfect fitting dream.

I spent saturday night congratulating myself on how I'd achieved an entire night out without spilling anything on myself.. (I had failed to notice that I'd clearly parked my rear on something wet at some point in the evening but the illusion of feeling ladylike was darn good while it lasted) I'm pleased to report a quick soak had her good as new so I'll be wearing this again soon.

I really liked the perspex and blue straps details on these shoes (plus block heels are so much nicer to walk in if you're as challenged in the stiletto department as me.) missguided has become one of my favourite places to stalk for new shoes and these ones have just landed in black and white ..swoons.

It's mine and the boys third anniversary tomorrow so I'm off to tackle the hot mess that is my closet for something appropriate to wear for our day out (preferably with an elasticated waist.. we're going for an american diner pancake feast for breakfast ..so excited I think my head might explode!)
