wowee it's been a while since I've posted an ootd..

I took a little break to focus on DIY projects (which I've become a little obsessed with creating) but I fancied sharing something different so I'm back, howdy!

there's no better way to return than to celebrate one of my favourites, the maxi dress! I've long been a fan due to their wobbly thigh disguising super skills and they're a perfect nod to the 70's trend -especially when they're a embroidered boho affair. thigh hiding skills aside I do love maxi dresses for the simple reason that they're so low maintenance, add shoes, hello instant outfit! miss selfridge are killing it at the minute with their denim offering and their maxi dresses are a close second.

when it comes to accessories there's been a few items on my wish list.. predominantly gladiator sandals and allll the fringed bags. I really like this tan version as it's big enough to fit my copious shizz in each day.. can a girl ask for anything more than that?
